Gone is the old 'Out of Order' sign, written in haste, sellotaped onto the item in question. And in it's place is another opportunity to be outward-focused and on-brand. It did the job though. Received a concerned enquiry from their Customer Service team and whilst the actual service I'd received in-store had been adequate at best, the engaging response brought a shine to the brand in a way their actual product and services hadn't.
